Travel planning is personal, and my fees reflect the time, care, and expertise that go into creating a trip that truly fits you. I focus on finding the best value — not just the lowest price. If your priority is simply the cheapest option, I may not be the right advisor, and that’s okay. That’s why I offer a complimentary consultation to make sure we’re the right fit before any fees are collected.

Hosted Journeys & Featured Vacations — No Fees

These trips are fully curated by me in advance. Your only job is to choose your options and pack your bags.

Pre‑Packaged Vacations

(All‑inclusive resorts, cruises, land tours)

$100 per person(max $200 per room/cabin), collected up front. Applied to your final payment if you book within 2 weeks of receiving your initial quote.

• Up to 3 initial quotes
• 1 revision
• Full support before and during travel
• Guidance in choosing the right package

Group Bookings (8 or more people)

$100, collected up front, plus a small $25 fee per person. These fees are non‑refundable and not applied to the final payment. These fees include the following services:

• Group coordination
• Supplier communication
• Rooming lists
• Payment management
• Support for all travelers

Fully Customized Trips

For tailor‑made itineraries, multi‑city journeys, or highly personalized travel, pricing varies based on complexity and length. A custom quote is provided after our consultation.

À La Carte Bookings

(Hotel‑only, flight‑only, or simple standalone bookings)

These bookings often come with little to no commission but still require time and management, so they carry a small planning fee. All à la carte fees are non‑refundable and not applied to final payment.

Flights:

• $100 per person — domestic
• $200 per person — international
• $300 per person — multi‑city or multi‑leg

Hotels:

• $50 per room — includes up to 3 options and 1 revision
